This course will provide a brief comparison of the 2009 and new 2019 Minnesota Science Standards. It will also explore the connections between the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) connection to MN science standards. Participants will gain perspective on elements and teaching strategies that can be used to create a middle and high school science unit, while brainstorming phenomenon.
